Passive Investor Program

The Apex Passive Investor Program is for investors that don't have the time to manage the details of a real estate investment. The following items are managed by Apex in this program:

Property Identification

We daily comb the Atlanta Market looking for new investment properties. You will receive a list of high-quality investment homes along with a comprehensive investor report for each property. (Download Sample Report)

Offer Submission

Our highly-skilled, foreclosure focused real estate agent will work with you to craft your offer, submit your offer and keep you apprised throughout the process.

Property Inspection

A licensed property inspector will provide you with a complete property status report after your offer has been submitted, during the inspection 'window'.

Property Rehabilitation

There are 2 levels of property rehab, rental and sale. Apex will first perform the necessary rehab to maximize the property's rental potential. When it is time to sell, Apex will discuss all property changes with Investor and execute the agreed upon plan. Apex uses proven contractors to perform all work.

Property Rental

Our professional home-rental agency will list the property for rent, screen applicants and collect monthly rental fees.

Property Sale

We will notify you when the market is healthy and it's time to sell your property. Our trained agent will list your property and handle all of the details related to the sale.

FEES

In The Apex Passive Investor Program, investors provide the capital for property acquisition and rehab, Apex manages the project. Profits are equally distributed upon property sale.
