About Us

Apex International is a small, privately-held company in the Atlanta Metro Area. It's principals, David Craver, and his Wife, Claudia Fritschi, have been actively investing their own funds in this market for years.

We decided to put our expertise to work for a small number of clients, most of whom are seasoned investors. Our clients, who usually live outside of the Atlanta Area, rely on our skills to identify, secure, rehab and rent the very best investment properties.

Claudia was born and raised in Switzerland. After obtaining a bachelors degree in chemistry and biology from University Schaffhausen, Claudia worked for Credit Suisse, one of the world's largest banks. Claudia fluently speaks German, Swiss-German and English. She also does well with French. If you live in Europe, no problem. Claudia is here to assist you!

David has been an entrepreneur for over twenty years. His well-rounded skill sets have enabled him to quickly become an expert in the Atlanta real-estate market, accumulating an incredible amount of equity in only three years.
